After the war, Professor Lindquist returned to the Massachusetts Agricultural College, and was graduated in 1922. Two years later he received his Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland, where he had served as a graduate assistant in the dairy department. After teaching dairying for a year at Maryland, he spent two more years as a graduate assistant at Ohio State University.
